BIRTHDAY, BURGERS AND BOB TRUSS

The Larsen clan gathered at a local fine restaurant, Cheeburger Cheeburger, on April 24th to celebrate some important family events and give proper recognition to some family members....first off, we celebrated Scott's birthday, and the birthday boy did us all proud by tackling a gi-normous cheeseburger (along with onion rings and a large milkshake). We also paused to honor winners, past and present, of our various Larsen Family Sports "Pick Em" competitions. The past winners were 1) Tanaya for our 2009 College Bowl Pick Em, and 2) Scott for our 2009 Pro Football Pick Em. The now coveted Bob Truss Cup was unveiled at this gathering and was ceremoniously passed from Tanaya to Scott, to our current champion, Aubrey, winner of the 2010 NCAA Brackets. The Bob Truss Cup now sits proudly on the mantle at her place -- but we'll see who gets it next! (Maybe Tim will get his long deserved place in our sports hall of fame!) Cheeburger Cheeburger is known not only for it's cheeseburgers with multiple topping choices, but for it's milkshakes and malts-- they boast a mere 378,000 flavor combinations possible. Our table only tried out about 6, but they were great. To cap off our fun, the birthday boy (and his daughter) got to impersonate a giant, breathing, cheeseburger.
We all had fun, and everyone in the restaurant thought Mackenzie was adorable (and she is!)
