We got creative in the kitchen for Easter -- so here are pictures of the results. Rod decorated our Easter cake with a little blue stream over which a lovely walkway and bridge cross. Then we have the traditional green coconut grass and jelly bean Easter eggs to finish off. I definitely think he's ready for a permanent spot on the Food Network. My creation was our always popular "Bunny Buns" -- the glaze was flavored with a "hint" of apricot flavoring, and we decided we really like that new version.
